How do I use Sample Meal Plans?
It’s easy to use our sample meal plans. Here’s a step-by-step guide:
- Tap Explore in the red navigation bar at the bottom of any of the main pages.
- On the Explore Page, scroll down to find the Sample Meal Plans section.
- Tap on Sample Meal Plan to open it. When you tap on a specific Sample Meal Plan—for example, Mediterranean Week 1, it opens to show seven full days of meals.
- Scroll down to view each day’s recipes. Swipe left or right to explore what’s planned for a specific day—breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even a snack are included!
Want to start using your Sample Meal Plan right away?
- Tap “Make This Your Meal Plan” at the bottom of your screen if you want to use it right away. Note: This will replace your existing Custom Meal Plan for the week. It’s not reversible, so make sure this is what you want to do!

Not ready to replace your full plan? Use our Sample Meal Plans for inspiration and save the recipes you love. Here are three easy ways to save a recipe:
- Add to Favorites
Tap the heart icon in the top right corner of the recipe. - Add to a Recipe Collection
If you are a Premium member, you have access to My Collections. Simply tap the bookmark icon to save it to one of your collections—or create a new collection. FInd out more about how to create and use My Collections here. - Add to Your Custom Meal Plan
Open the recipe, then tap the + on the right hand side of the screen. Select the meal type and date, and then tap + Add. Find out more about your Custom Meal Plan here.
