2 green onions, roughly chopped

1 clove garlic

juice of 1 lime

¼ tsp. onion powder

1 tsp. milk


Instructions

Step 2: Pulse until smooth. For a silkier consistency, add the teaspoon of milk.

Step 3: Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
