Description

These Rudolph Peanut Butter Crackers make a fun and festive holiday snack!


Ingredients

Scale

4 mini whole wheat bagels, halved (or 1 large whole wheat bagel)

2 tbsps. cream cheese

45 cherry tomatoes, halved

810 baby spinach leaves

46 fresh basil leaves

810 black olive slices

46 thin cucumber slices

Twisted pretzels for antlers


Instructions

* Optional: In a small bowl, mix cream cheese with a pinch of garlic powder, fresh herbs, or honey to taste for extra flavorful filling!

Step 1: Toast the bagel halves to your liking.

Step 2: Spread about 1/2 tbsps. of the seasoned cream cheese on each bagel half.

Step 3: Layer 2-3 spinach leaves, 1 basil leaf, and 1 cucumber slice over the cream cheese.

Step 4: Top with 1-2 black olive slices

Step 5: Place a cherry tomato half (skin side up) in the center bagel hole for Rudolph’s nose.

Step 6: Add two black olive slices above the tomato for eyes, using a dap of cream cheese as “glue” if needed.

Step 7: Press a pretzel twist on each side of the bagel to form antlers.

Step 8: Set out small toppings and let kids create their own Rudolphs faces as a dun kid-friendly addition!

Step 9: Serve with additional pretzels on the side for snacking.
