Description

This smooth, creamy, and protein-packed chia pudding balances rich chocolate, bold coffee, natural sweetness, and a hint of heat for the perfect sweet and spicy treat!


Ingredients

Scale

1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

½ cup chia seeds

¼ cup honey

2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

¼ tsp cinnamon

¼ tsp cayenne pepper

1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

½ cup Greek yogurt


Instructions

Step 1: In a mixing bowl, whisk together coffee, almond milk, chia seeds, honey, cocoa powder, cinnamon, cayenne, vanilla, and salt until smooth and well combined.

Step 2: Stir in the Greek yogurt until fully incorporated.

Step 3: Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to allow the chia seeds to fully absorb the liquid and soften.

Step 4: Stir well before serving. For a smoother texture, blend for 30 seconds in a high-speed blender.
