Yummy, Creamy Buffalo Chicken Dip.
Ingredients

10 oz boneless, skinless chicken thighs, (cut in small cubes)
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 cup favorite hot sauce
8 oz Philadelphia cream cheese, cubed
1 cup cheddar cheese, (shredded)
1/2 cup ranch dressing
Salt & pepper
1–2 cup carrot sticks
Instructions
Step 1: Season chicken pieces with salt & pepper. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Add chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked.
Step 2: Stir in hot sauce and let simmer for 1-2 minutes.
Step 3: Reduce heat to low. Add cream cheese, cheddar, and ranch dressing. Stir continuously until melted and smooth, about 3-4 minutes.
Step 4: Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy with chips, celery, carrot sticks, or tortilla chips!
