Recipe of the Day: Reindeer Peanut Butter Bites
- Total Time: 10
Description
A fun holiday snack featuring celery sticks topped with peanut butter, a grape nose, raisin eyes, and pretzel antlers, resembling Rudolph the Reindeer.
Ingredients
6 celery sticks (3–4 in. pieces)
1/4 cup peanut butter
6 red grapes
12 raisins
12 mini pretzels
Instructions
Step 1: Wash and trim the celery sticks then cut them into 3-4 inch pieces, depending on the size of the celery you have.
Step 2: Spread a layer of peanut butter on each celery stick, covering it generously from end to end. This will act as the “base” for Rudolph’s face.
Step 3: Place one red grape at the top of the celery stick to create Rudolph’s nose.
Step 4: Place two raisins underneath the grape to form the eyes, gently pressing them into the peanut butter so they stick.
Step 5: Break the pretzels into smaller pieces (two pieces per celery stick). Stick the pretzel pieces into the top sides of the celery, forming antlers on each side of the head.
Step 6: Arrange the finished Rudolph heads on a plate, and serve immediately as a fun holiday snack!
