Easy Breakfast Casserole

Description
An easy and delicious Breakfast casserole made with biscuits, turkey sausage, cheese, and vegetables!
Ingredients
16.3 oz Grands! biscuits (8 count)
1 cup Ground turkey breakfast sausage
1 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese
1/3 cup Spinach
1/3 cup Mushrooms
1/3 cup Bell pepper
8 Large eggs, beaten
1 cup Milk, room temperature
1 tbsp. Olive oil
1 tsp. Dried Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. Paprika
1/2 tsp. Salt, to taste
1/2 tsp. Pepper, to taste
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2: Grease a 9×13 – inch baking dish. Line the bottom of the dish with biscuit dough, pressing it firmly to seal and create a bottom crust.
Step 3: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground turkey breakfast sausage until browned and crumbled, about 5-7 minuets. Remove cooked sausage from the skillet and set aside.
Step 4: In the same skillet, heat olive oil. Add the diced mushrooms and sliced bell pepper and saute until tender, about 3-5 minuets.
Step 5: Evenly sprinkle the cooked sausage, sautéed vegetables, chopped spinach, and shredded cheese over the biscuit crust.
Step 6: In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt and pepper until well blended. Pour the mixture evenly over the sausage, vegetables, and cheese.
Step 7: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minuets, or until the center is set and no longer jiggles.
Step 8: Let the casserole stand for 5 minuets before cutting into squares. Serve warm and enjoy!
