Meal planning shouldn’t be one-size-fits-all. That’s why A Better Meal 3.0 gives you full control over your weekly plan—so it fits you, instead of the other way around. With a few quick taps, A Better Meal will automatically generate a plan that matches your lifestyle. Whether you’re gluten-free, avoiding allergens, or just want to skip Mondays, your plan adjusts to you—not the other way around.

How to Customize Your Meal Plan
Customizing your plan takes just a minute. Here’s how:
- Tap your Profile icon in the top right corner of the Home screen. This is where you’ll find all your app settings.
- Tap Eating Preferences to start personalizing. You’ll see three options that help tailor your meal plan:
- Dietary Preferences. Select one or more eating styles that match your needs—like Gluten-Free, Pescatarian, or Low-Carb. Tap Save when you’re done.
- Allergen Exclusions. Exclude recipes that contain common allergens such as nuts, dairy, or soy. A Better Meal will automatically filter them out of your plan.
- Preferred Meals Per Week. Choose what days you want breakfast, lunch and dinner—even snacks—and exactly which days you want them.
- Dietary Preferences. Select one or more eating styles that match your needs—like Gluten-Free, Pescatarian, or Low-Carb. Tap Save when you’re done.
What Happens Next?
After making each selection, don’t forget to tap Save. You’ll be asked if you want to update your current meal plan with your new preferences.
- Tap Yes to update your current plan immediately.
- Tap No if you’d prefer to keep your current plan. Your new preferences will apply the next time a plan is generated.
